La Mesa, California The public is invited to a 90 minute, no obligation free home buyers seminar at the La Mesa Community Center on June 7th. La Mesa Real Estate Broker and resident, Tom
Koss will explain to participants on how to take advantage of the various methods of buying Southern California real estate and why
the timing for buying a home in San Diego has never been better.
Koss will cover a variety of educational and popular real estate topics that would be of interest to a new or repeat
home buyer including; how to buy a home without a down payment or closing costs, the basics of home purchase procedures from
start to finish, buying a home with or without a good credit history, the various lending programs available, real estate
loans for the self employed, the basics of real estate terminology, understanding real estate tax write offs and more.
