When submitting Word documents avoid using any formatting other than standard in black ink; left to right
alignment without any type of bullets, indentations, tables or special charactors. Indicate bullets with a hypen and
we will format it correctly. Use Arial font size 11. Failure to do this can cause lots of extra time in reformatting
to be able to convert your information for use on the web.
Photos and Graphics submit in JPEG or GIF format in the highest resolution possible so we can format it for web use.

Regarding Contact and
Web Submission Forms: It is your responsibility to verify these are working and it is highly suggested you
test them once a week. At times a weak Internet connection could cause a form submission to fail, but an error message would
appear after someone hits the submit button. Otherwise, anytime you test your form, you should see a succesful
submission message and receive an email immedately with the information submitted on the form.
The
only other way that a form can fail is if you changed your email address and the delivery email address was not changed.
If you have more than one email address, it is a good idea to request to have form submissions sent to both email addresse,
just in case you change your primary address because otherwise the contact submissions will be lost in cyberspace and unrecoverable.
Your Website Maintenance Agreement Website maintenances agreements vary, but for most small businesses your agreement up to one hour per month for basic web changes and or basic support.with additional basic changes pre-approved
and invoiced at current hourly rates. Monthly time allotment does not accumulate. Your time allotment for
support includes communication by phone and email.
Unless you have a more comprehensive agreement, we do
not scan your website for errors, check for out-of-date calendar events or content, test your shopping cart, etc.
It is your responsiblity to know your website content well and send us a specific request
when you need a change and then verify that the requested change was done to your satisfaction.
